Privacy Policy for Cattr Mobile
Effective date: December 1st, 2020
Amazingcat LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the
https://cattr.app/ website, incl. associated Cattr Mobile
application (the "Service", or “Cattr”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection,
use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service
and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using
the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information
in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this
Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same
meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Summary
Instance administrators are responsible for user privacy
There is only one way of using Cattr — via self-managed
installation, also known as "on-premises deployment." Instance's
administrator or the organization behind the administrator is in
response to ensuring the privacy of Cattr users. We aim to help
by providing features in our products and services to make it
easier. We also provide this policy to explain what we do as a
"helping hand"/data processor for administrators in case we
process personal data of users.
You remain in control of your personal data
We cannot access your data in a self-management instance of
Cattr. Administrators can connect Cattr instances under their
control to third-party services (like Authentication Providers
or Task Integrations), so third-party privacy policies may apply
to specific installations. In our hosted offering, we only
process your data to provide you the service in the name of the
administrators, who still have control over the configuration of
their instances.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell your data. We provide an entirely free Community
Edition of Cattr and charge customers for additional extensions,
hosted offerings, or dedicated support. What you process within
Cattr is yours and stays yours.
